Hegel H1

The Integrated Amplifier H1 is the entry level amplifier among the Hegel High End products. The Amplifier has got the characteristic Hegel-bow in the front panel, an input selector knob to the left hand side and a remote controllable volume knob to the right hand side. A discrete blue light indicates the amplifier is turned on.
The H1 has got a relay switched input source selector and can be connected to different types of music sources: CD-player, DVD-player, SACD-player, Mini-Disc, tuner and TV.
The Amplifier has got ample power and will happily drive demanding loudspeaker loads right down to 2 ohms. The Amplifier can deliver an output signal current in excess of 70 amperes. The Amplifier will drive the most demanding speakers and of course also any medium- and small size speakers with more than necessary precision and detail level.
The H1 Amplifier is based upon continued research and patented technology from the Hegel H2 and H4 amplifiers. To be able to offer an unsurpassed audio performance at a very competitive price point the H1 are using the new Hegel SoundEngine modules. Read more about the technology here.
The H1 has got connectors for both unbalanced and balanced cables, so it is ready to use with any audio cable available. It has even got double sets of pre-out outputs to connect the H1 to external power amplifiers. The speaker connectors are gold plated terminals of the highest quality available.
The RC2 remote control is included. |
